III. multimedia applications : Delineate Delineate is a tool for converting raster images to SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) using AutoTrace or potrace. delineate.sourceforge.net

IV. the odd one out : Electric Sheep Electric Sheep is a free, open source screen saver run by thousands of people all over the world. It can be installed on any ordinary PC or Mac.
